LEO Club

LEO Club, which stands for Leadership, Experience, and Opportunity, is a youth organization of Lions Clubs International. Leo Clubs encourage youth to develop leadership qualities by participating in social service activities. They are dependent on a Lions Club to sponsor and initiate a Leo club. Lakeview’s Leo Club is sponsored by the Stoneboro Lions Club and assists them by volunteering our time to work at the Stoneboro Fair, Summer Chicken BBQ, and other fundraising events they hold.  We also participate in the Adopt-A-Highway Clean-up twice a year in addition to other service projects. 

The club is open to any student in grades 9-12 and second semester 8th graders.  We welcome all who are ready to work.  Students not only gain service experience, but there are many opportunities to assume leadership roles.  This is an internationally recognized club.
