Lakeviewer

The Lakeviewer is an organization that is open to students in grades 9-12 who produce a periodical newspaper publication for Lakeview Middle-High School, The Lakeviewer.  The Lakeviewer staff also is responsible for producing the yearbook for grades 9-12, producing digital content, and maintaining social media accounts.  Students on The Lakeviewer staff learn about principles and economics of journalism.  Students learn how to interview, write objectively, and express their personal opinions through editorial articles.  Additionally, students become well versed in digital media layouts through the yearbook design website and Adobe InDesign.
